1. Kitchenaid food processor:  I love this because it makes the most amazing hummus I’ve ever eaten.  And it’s got a 4-Cup mini bowl, for smaller jobs.
2. Microplane Zester/Graters: I have 3 of these, in various sizes, and I use them constantly.  For zesting, grating cheese, chocolate, and vegetables.
